Project Scope:

Dragon Mart is the largest trading hub outside China with 1 km dragon-shaped shopping centre offers almost 4,000 stores.

The project includes the design and building of a 7,500 TR Modular Package District Cooling Plant complete with all accessories to provide District Cooling services which meet all governmental and environmental requirements. The works include installation of chiller modules complete with pumps, cooling towers, power module, chilled water and condenser water pipes and accessories, HVAC, drainage, fire fighting, electrical and control system, steel framing structure and minimal civil works.

Process:

District Cooling provides chilled water from a centralized cooling station, through a network of pipes, for air-conditioning purposes.

Our Solution:

Siemens S7-400 PLC System; Redundant WinCC SCADA System, and Endress-Hauser Instrumentation system.
