Project Scope:

The water treatment plant will process oil associated water in four stages and reused for oil production.

The first stage involves screening oil effluents and separating them from water, which is then demineralised. In the third stage, suspended solids are removed and in the final stage, water gets purified from dissolved solids.

The plant has a capacity of 50,000 barrels per day and the water will be used in steam production which is critical in the enhanced oil recovery in Mukhaizna.

Mukhaizna field is located in Block 53 with multiple areas for heavy oil production.

Our Solution:

Provide electrical and controls solution including the 630A Main Distribution Board and associated Motor control centers in addition to the Redundant Allen-Bradley ControlLogix PLC System; and Rockwell based panel-mount HMI panel.
