Contract Type: Design, Supply, Manufacture, Programming, Testing, FAT and Supply of PCS-7 and HMI system for nitrogen generation system.

Project Scope:

The project involves the engineering, procurement and construction of gasoline and jet storage facilities in Mesaieed Industrial City (MIC), Al Wakrah Municipality, Qatar.

The work scope comprises two jet A-1 fuel storage tanks each with a capacity of 36,000 cubic meters, two firewater tanks each with a capacity of 22,500 cubic meters, five gasoline storage tanks each with a capacity of 32,000 cubic meters, control and administration building and 12 gasoline loading gantries with vapor recovery system for gasoline.

Process:

The nitrogen generation process separates nitrogen from atmospheric air using technologies like pressure swing adsorption (PSA) or membrane filtration. These methods isolate nitrogen by removing oxygen and other gases, delivering high-purity nitrogen for industrial uses.
