Project Scope:
Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) is developing and implementing the Ajaokuta Kaduna – Kano (AKK) Section of the Trans Nigeria Gas Pipeline Project. The objective of developing the AKK Section is to install all required facilities such as pipeline, stations, and all other ancillary facilities.
The scope of this project is to carry out a 40” x 303.4km Main Line from Ajaokuta MS/TGS to BVS 12 (with associated in-Block Valve Stations) and 24” x 15km Spur Line from Abuja PS to Abuja TGS.
Process:
Gas metering system accurately measures and monitors gas flow for custody transfer, allocation, or process control. It includes flow meters, pressure and temperature sensors, and flow computers for data acquisition. Designed for precision and reliability, the system ensures compliance with industry standards while optimizing efficiency and maintaining transparency in gas transactions.

Gas metering control system for 5-metering skids using Emerson make Flobos S600+, Siemens make Redundant S7-1500H PLC System and Siemens WINCC SCADA System.
