Empower has successfully completed 10 years of its operations in December 2013. Over the last decade, Empower has seen a consistent level of growth. Project Scope:

This Plant was constructed in 2005 by Palm Utilities but never commissioned and was taken over in 2014 by Empower. The scope of this project was to re-commission the plant equipment and install a brand-new control and SCAD system with additional instruments to achieve an optimal plant operation.

Process:

District Cooling provides chilled water from a centralized cooling station, through a network of pipes, for air-conditioning purposes.
