Project Scope:
The Oil Processing System at the Bejil facility is used to collect emulsion (sour oil, gas and water) from the Wellsite and to separate the emulsion to produce a saleable oil product. Operation, control and monitoring of the Wellhead and Oil Processing system is being done from the workstations located at EWT Bejil Control Room. All instruments in this area are connected to the PCS, ESD/F&G system cabinets located in the MCC room at the EWT Bejil facility.
Process:
Wellhead and oil processing system manages hydrocarbons extracted from wells. It includes a wellhead to control pressure and flow, separators to isolate oil, gas, and water, and treatment units to ensure product quality. The system ensures safe handling, efficient processing, and transportation of crude oil to meet operational demands.

ESD/FGS Systems and wellhead control system with Redundant Schneider Safety M580 PLC System, PCS system with Simplex Schneider M340PLC, and 5KVA redundant UPS with Lead Acid Batteries (180 minutes backup) housed in a modified ISO 20″containerized buildings
