Project Scope:
EMAL’s Phase II boosts the company’s aluminum production from 800,000 ton to 1.3 million metric ton per year. With phase II beginning production, EMAL is now the largest single site production capacity in the world. The site currently includes a 2100 MW power plant, which will increase to 3000 MW, a carbon power plant and a flexible cast house with a capacity to produce a variety of products.
Vista Automation supported the integration and Pre Operational Verifications activities of Instrumentation, Controls, SCADA systems along with the End User, EPCM, and vendors of equipment with more than 7 Engineers dedicated full time for this project for more than 9 month
