Contract Type: Design, Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of the central Command and control center (CCC) of the Electrical Generation and Distribution of State of Palestine.

Project Scope:

The purpose of this project is to monitor and control the electrical generation and distribution of the State of Palestine from one central location. The project is part of the long-term vision of the country’s power sector to build power generation plants including renewables and main and distribution substations to and provide stable and consistent supply of electricity to the people of Palestine.

This will bring out a new reality in the Palestine energy sector, reduces restrictions on electricity supply, strengthens economic stability and open a new era in economic development.

Process:

The CCC communicates with all generation and distribution elements installed around the country over the IEC61850 protocol and provide the operators and the planners with information to control the load and plan the future power requirements.

ETAP Real-Time Software with Historian, Reporting, and Analysis in addition to Advanced Distribution Management System (ADMS).
