Contract Type: Design, Supply, Installation Supervision, and Commissioning of the Redundant PLC and SCADA Control System.

Project Scope:

A completely new system is required to automatically control the pumps and monitor other systems. There is a new control room located in a different location from the old control room and all the systems to be link including the system of the old and new control room.

Process:

Municipal stormwater pumping station managing excess rainwater to prevent flooding in urban areas. It consists of pumps, drainage channels, and storage facilities, directing collected water to rivers, reservoirs, or treatment plants. Designed for efficiency, it handles varying storm intensities, ensuring proper water flow and protecting infrastructure, homes, and the environment.

Our Solution:

Redundant Siemens S7-1500 PLC System with redundant Client-server WinCC SCADA System. Integration of electrical switchgear, power metering, and MCCs for monitoring and control over communication protocol.
