Project Scope:
King Saud University Endowment comprises of 11 separate buildings/towers that includes a convention center/mall, offices & a 7-star hotel tower of 50 floors, a medical building, a 5-Star Hotel of 250 Keys, 2 hotel (suites) buildings and 5 office buildings of different heights.
This is a full execution of all Mechanical and Electrical processes of the District Cool Plant. The project will be providing a capacity of fifteen thousand tons of refrigeration (15,000 TR) of combined air-cooled and water cooled chilling plant and a TES tank serving 680,000 sq.m. of build up area at King Saud University in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The plant is designed around utmost reliability, high performance, and maximum operability.
Process:
District Cooling provides chilled water from a centralized cooling station, through a network of pipes, for air-conditioning purposes.
