Project Scope:

The project includes the supply and construction of a sea water pumping station to provide cooling water for various industries in Ras Al-Khair Industrial Area with a capacity 75,000 m3/h for the first phase.

The project consists of construction of seawater cooling pump station with construction of Hypochlorite Generation Building, Staff/Control Building, Switchgear Building, Guard House, SEC Building, Workshop Building and 115 kV Power Supply.

Process:

Sea Water Intake Pumping Station supplies treated sea water to various users (factories) to utilize for process cooling.

Multiple Redundant Rockwell ControlLogix PLC systems; Redundant SCADA Client-server system; Redundant Historian System with Reporting; Condition Monitoring System; and Asset Management System.
