Project Scope:
The Online Condition Monitoring and Protection System will detect machinery problems before a catastrophic failure can occur and provide a machinery shutdown signal to allow the site a safe shutdown of the equipment before a significant damage can occur. It will also provide the user an early warning of any potential problem to facilitate Predictive Maintenance (PdM) program and eliminate any of those unexpected machinery failures.
Process:
Water pumping station that supplies potable water to end users in the Emirate of Dubai. This project is a brownfield project where the CMS system was installed for existing running pumps and involved the drilling of the pump/motor casing to install the required sensors.
Our Solution:
Rockwell Automation Rockwell Automation Dynamix 144 Vibration Modules on ControlLogix processor, Flex RTD Modules, E-Monitor Vibration Analysis and Diagnostics software, Hansford vibration and temperature sensors, and Integration with Schneider SCADA System.
