Project Scope:
NEOM, with its own judicial system and legislation designed to attract international investors, is to focus on industries such as energy and water, biotechnology, food, advanced manufacturing and tourism.
Process:
District Cooling provides chilled water from a centralized cooling station, through a network of pipes, for air-conditioning purposes.
Other utilities and infrastructure including potable water distribution, irrigation network, and wastewater lifting stations were part of the center utility complex.
