Project Scope:
The 19 cities district will encompass not only new residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail opportunities, but a full array of community needs, complete with schools, mosques, medical facilities, sport, entertainment and shopping centers.
The 90,000 Ton plant will be build in stages. The first Phase comprises of a full basement (complete plant) and a superstructure for 32,750 TR District Cooling Plant complete with all accessories to provide District Cooling services which meet all governmental and environmental requirements.
Process:
District Cooling provides chilled water from a centralized cooling station, through a network of pipes, for air-conditioning purposes.

Redundant Siemens S7400H PLC System; Redundant Siemens WinCC Server-Client, Historian with Reporting, and Siemens and Endress-Hauser Instrumentation system.
