Project Scope:
Government Agencies Compound (GAC) is a project that involves construction of 60 ministry and government bureau buildings. It also includes office building, hotels, a convention center, shopping malls, entertainment centers and public parks.
The scope of this project is to establish the compound infrastructure to service the different buildings including the potable water distribution, irrigation networks, wastewater treatment, and 60,000TR District Cooling Plant.
Process:
District Cooling provides chilled water from a centralized cooling station, through a network of pipes, for air-conditioning purposes.
Other utilities and including potable water distribution, irrigation network, and wastewater treatment.
